The seven teams competing are Butwal Lumbini FC, Dhangadhi FC, FC Chitwan, Jhapa FC, Pokhara Thunders, Lalitpur City FC, and Kathmandu Rayzrs.

The seven clubs will compete in a single round-robin format. The two finalists will then be determined by the four teams playing in the two qualifiers and an eliminator.

The final is scheduled for April 26. The third edition did not see Birgunj United FC or Sporting Ilam De Mechi FC participate, in contrast to the second edition, which had nine teams. (ANI)
